In a standard period of study of four semesters, our Master's degree programmes enable you to develop an individual profile in the diversity of economics. An extensive range of project and practical seminars, case studies and business games offer you practice-orientated teaching that prepares you as well as possible for a career start. At the same time, the numerous methods modules and seminars also provide you with a research-orientated education for a career in science! 10 degree programmes, a proportionate subject area in the two-subject Master's and an extension subject in the teaching degree... In the Master's programme, you can choose the degree programme that suits you and your interests from the wide range of economics courses.

Admission requirements

In principle, a university degree is required for admission to a Master's degree programme. In addition, you must fulfil the formal and content-related admission requirements of the respective Master's degree programme in order to be admitted to one of our Master's degree programmes in business and economics.

Ap­plic­a­tion pro­ced­ure

1.

Application in PAUL

The application is made in PAUL. You can apply for several degree programmes at the same time, and you do not have to have your degree at the time of application! The last examination must be completed by 30 September or 31 March; the final grade must be available by 31 October or 30 April. Please also note the application deadlines and the general information on applications.

2.

Feedback from the Registrar's Office

The Registrar's Office will contact you by e-mail and ask you to submit the documents required for the examination.

3.

Examination of access requirements

The Office of Student Affairs and the Registrar's Office check the formal and content-related admission requirements.

4.

Feedback on the test result

The Registrar's Office will send the result of the examination as well as information on the further course of the examination and the request to submit any missing documents.
