Our teaching
We offer lectures, exercises, seminars, case studies, laboratory projects and theses on various topics of Operations Research at Bachelor, Master and PhD level. An overview of the courses and information on theses can be found on our teaching page. There you will also find detailed guidelines for the organisation and writing of theses in our research group. Students of selected degree programmes and theses have the opportunity to use modern computing facilities in the department's new soda.lab. Our Mission
Welcome to the Management Information Systems and Operations Research (MISOR) group!
The focus of our research and teaching is on mathematical optimisation models, quantitative methods and decision support systems in companies and organisations. We use high-performance computers to solve particularly difficult and computationally intensive decision-making problems.
