International research, teaching and working

The Faculty of Business Administration and Economics attracts international researchers and staff who share their diverse experience and expertise on campus. Around 10% of all staff are international. Staff can benefit from funding programmes such as Erasmus+ to gain international experience, including short-term lectureships at partner universities and further education and training stays in other European countries.

Most of our employees' international activities are organised by Paderborn University's International Office. Here you will find an overview of the programmes on offer for researching, teaching and working abroad.

International experience in teaching also serves to broaden one's own perspective and to be able to integrate international impressions into teaching. International stays can be sponsored by various programmes both within and outside Europe.
