At Paderborn University, enrolments are generally organised centrally by the Registrar's Office.

A distinction is made between different applications:

• Applications for all open-admission Bachelor's degree programmes and all Master's degree programmes are made via the university's application portal PAUL.
• Applications for all Bachelor's degree programmes with admission restrictions are made via Hochschulstart.de.
• Applicants from other EU countries and third countries should contact the International Office.

Enrolment for a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme is only possible after a successful application. In this case, the Student Administration Office will inform you in good time and in detail about the next steps to be taken.
