On Wednesday, 5 November, Prof. Dr. Philip Yang, holder of the Professorship for Business Administration, esp. Sustainable Human Resource Management and Leadershipwill give his inaugural lecture entitled:
"Blood grislies, Batman and green superheroes - a journey through sustainable human resource management and leadership."

Philip Yang has held the Chair of Business Administration and Economics, in particular Sustainable Human Resource Management and Leadership, at the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at Paderborn University since October 2023. He conducts research at the interface of sustainable human resource management and leadership. In addition to research and teaching, his aim is to develop practical approaches and tools to make companies more sustainable.
