About the presentation:
How does sustainability in a company become more than a purely formal key figure logic - and how can it be strategically anchored as an active, future-orientated design task? Using the industrial company Weidmüller as an example, the presentation will provide insights into the path from a strategic sustainability orientation to actionable, data-based management in everyday corporate life. The focus is on a pragmatic development process in which strategic goals were gradually converted into measurable key figures and a digital dashboard. It shows how sustainability can be operationalised beyond Paderborn University Page 4/4 Your details: Mission statements and pure reporting can be operationalised and how data supports transparency, prioritisation and organisational learning processes in transformation phases.
