About the presentation:
The presentation will highlight the social sustainability strategy of SC Paderborn 07 with a special focus on promoting social participation through education and exercise. The focus is on a holistic approach that accompanies children and young people throughout their entire educational biography: from early childhood exercise promotion in day-care centres to sports and health-oriented programmes in primary schools and political education programmes at secondary schools.
These consecutive measures create a continuous social programme from early childhood to graduation. The presentation will show how sport can act as a door opener for equal opportunities, personal development and democratic competences - and how a professional football club can thus shape social responsibility in a sustainable way.
