UPB for Future: Energy transition(s) - facts and myths

Location: Hörsaal L1
Organizer: Stabsstelle Bildungsinnovationen und Hochschuldidaktik

About the presentation:

In order to decarbonise our world, we need a change in many fields: electricity, thermal energy, mobility and industrial processes. Obstacles to this are half-knowledge and the many myths. The aim here is to shed light on the darkness.

About the person:

After completing his doctorate on systemic energy management in the manufacturing industry, Mr Schlüter initially set up the Production and Energy department at the Institut dezentrale Energietechnologien gGmbH, Kassel, before working in various management positions in the energy industry for almost a decade. He now heads the Chair of Sustainable Industrialisation and Resilient Infrastructure. The team focuses on the sustainable transformation of industrial companies, e.g. through energy management and the circular economy.
