Paderborn University's Digital Talents Programme (DTP) is an exclusive support programme for committed students who want to actively shape their future in the digital age. The programme is aimed at Bachelor's and Master's students from East Westphalia-Lippe from degree programmes with a focus on digitalisation, such as computer science, business informatics or related subjects. Students have until Sunday, 30 November to apply for the current programme by sending an email to digital-talents@sicp.de. For interested students, there will also be an information event via Zoom on Tuesday, 11 November, from 1 to 2 pm. More information on the application process and the required documents can be found at go.upb.de/DTP25.

DTP participants benefit from a wide range of programmes that go beyond the traditional course of study. As part of exclusive workshops, they acquire both digital expertise and key personal qualifications. They gain practical experience in close cooperation with the programme's partner companies, for example through internships, mentoring opportunities or participation in the interdisciplinary Digital Challenge, in which real problems from the business world are tackled. The programme also offers a wide range of networking opportunities, from exchange formats with industry partners to joint social events and individual development discussions. Upon successful completion of the programme, students receive a certificate documenting their commitment and enhanced digital skills.

"With the Digital Talents Programme, we support committed and curious students who want to develop professionally and personally and actively shape the digital future," says Prof. Dr. Dennis Kundisch, Academic Director of the programme. Former participants also confirm the added value of the programme. Julian Schlenker, now a DTP alumnus, reports: "Since joining the DTP, I have regularly had the opportunity to continue my education with like-minded and motivated students. The partner companies in particular have made it easier for us to enter the business world."
