On January 15, 2026, Dr. Tom Fischer and Paul Brinkmeier from CLAAS KGaA mbH gave a guest lecture as part of module M.184.5203 Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestures (which is part of the TAF Master's program).
They discussed "financial due diligence in M&A transactions” with the students, presented the experiences of middle-sized German firms, and showcased the due diligence process using a practical example.
