On Wednesday, 11 November, Prof. Dr Franz Strich, holder of the Chair in Business Informatics, specialising in Digital Responsibility, will deliver his inaugural lecture. Members of the university community and other interested parties are warmly invited to attend the lecture and the reception afterwards.
Since the 2025/2026 winter semester, Franz Strich has held the Chair of Business Informatics, with a particular focus on Digital Responsibility, at the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at Paderborn University. He focuses on a field that is becoming increasingly important in the face of rapid technological developments: the responsible design of digital technologies in business and society. People are always at the heart of his work – as actors, as those affected, and as the driving force behind digital transformation.
