On Wednesday, 28 January, Prof. Dr. David Bartlitz, B.Sc., holder of the Professorship forGerman and International Corporate Lawwill give his inaugural lecture entitled "Construction and Deconstruction: The Function of Empiricism in Private Law". David Bartlitz has held the Chair of German and International Business Law at the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at Paderborn University since April 2024. His research combines economic and legal perspectives, particularly in the field of corporate, banking, capital market and competition law in the digital age. He also specialises in the regulation of digital markets and the analysis of business law issues at the interface of law, technology and sustainability.
