Research profile of the Department of Management
In response to global challenges such as digitalisation, inequality and climate change, management in companies is currently undergoing fundamental change. As a research department, we contribute to the development of important findings for shaping the new management and passing them on to society.
In doing so, we cover a wide range of topics such as marketing and service management, organisation and corporate governance, human resources and organisational behaviour, international management and entrepreneurship.
