Abstract:

Publishing in academic journals is challenging and highly competitive. Having a good idea is only the first step. Researchers must also know how to turn that idea into a strong manuscript that attracts the attention of editors, survives peer review, and ultimately gets published. This presentation offers an insider’s view of the publishing process and shares strategies for increasing publication success. Participants will learn how to develop publishable research, write effective manuscripts, select appropriate journals, avoid common mistakes, and respond to reviewer comments. By connecting the research, writing, submission, and review stages, the session offers a clear roadmap for transforming research ideas into successful journal publications.
