The Chair of Management Information Systems & Operations Research of Prof. Guido Schryen was represented with two contributions at the annual conference of the German Operations Research Society. The conference took place in Hamburg from August 29th to September 1st 2023.
In the stream “Mobility and Traffic”, Miriam Stumpe discussed a multi-period planning approach for the gradual deployment of electric bus systems under simultaneous optimization of vehicle schedules, charging infrastructure, and fleet composition.
In the stream “Energy and Environment”, Sascha Burmeister presented a new approach to the Green Multi-Objective Flexible Job Shop Problem with consideration of energy storage systems.
