Present­a­tion of re­search work at the 52nd Hawaii In­ter­na­tion­al Con­fer­ence on Sys­tem Sci­ences (HIC­SS) 2019 in Maui, Hawaii, USA

The research assistant and doctoral student Verena Wolf presented her joint research article with Christian Bartelheimer and Daniel Beverungen on "Digitalization of Work Systems - An Organizational Routines' Perspective" at the 52nd Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS) in Maui, Hawaii, USA. The article discusses how digitalization transforms organizations and how organizational routines of employees are impacted. The four-day international conference not only provided new impetus for future research, but also expanded the research network. The HICSS is the oldest scientific conference in the field of information systems and technologies. This year more than 700 presentations took place in 11 tracks and 163 mini-tracks.
