The paper “A Review on Social Media Channel Choice Determinants in Organizations” by Kader Arslan from the Chair of Social Computing at the Department of Business Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik) at the Paderborn University was nominated as the BEST Research-in-Progress Paper by the 29th European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS 2021).

Her presentation video managed to get into the TOP 10 most streamed ECIS 2021 Author-Videos (ranked as #3 as of June)!

In this research-in-progress paper, Kader Arslan contributes a first step towards a more systematic consideration of platform differences as well as emerging specific use cultures within a platform by evolving a series of influence factors on managerial selection choice of appropriate social media channels.
