The Service Design.lab is a central business informatics laboratory within the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics. It belongs to the Chair of Business Information Systems of Prof Dr Daniel Beverungen.
The Service Design.lab enables the design of digital services and new methods for service engineering and service management in a creative working atmosphere. Researchers and students develop concepts for new services at group tables, discuss them in a meeting zone and work on them at computer workstations. In this way, we introduce students in particular to the development and management of innovative services.
