The ITIL: Information Technology Infrastructure Library training course is offered as a 2-day block event. ITIL is currently the most widely used best practice framework for IT service management.

No specific prior knowledge is required to participate in the course. If you have completed the "Digital Service Systems" module, this would be an advantage.

The certification exam takes place in the following days as an online exam with an exam voucher. You can choose the time periods yourself.

Participation fee excl. examination fee: This certification fee of approx. 390 € (net) is not paid as part of the seminar; the fee may vary depending on the number of participants. The first 20 binding participants registered for the examination who are members of the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at Paderborn University and who successfully pass the Digital Service Systems module (minimum grade 1.3) will each receive a grant of €150 only if proof of the certification invoice and bank receipt is submitted.
