Our research: Relevant and Rigorous

Our research is focused on the design of innovative concepts and information systems. In (joint) research projects, which are publicly or privately funded, we develop innovative, relevant, and applicable solutions in collaboration with national and international companies, administrations, and research institutions.

Building on our experience from a long history of service research projects and our contacts to leading companies we analyze and design business information systems for smart services. We contribute to designing new methods for Business Process Management, such as in the EU project BISE_BPM.

We publish our research results continuously in leading peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings, but also present them to the broader public in workshops and on fairs.
