Lec­ture Thomas Lüthi, Pohl­mann & Com­pany

On 2nd Juny 2019 (4 pm) Thomas Lüthi, founding partner of Pohlmann & Company, will give a presentation about “How to assess antitrust risks and identify corresponding compliance mitigation measures” in Q 0.101. The lecture is part of the modules Wettbewerbspolitik (BA)“ and „Topics in Competition Policy (MA).“ We kindly invite all students and other interested persons to his talk. Thomas Lüthi will address how to assess antitrust risks, which emanate from anticompetitive horizontal and vertical agreements or from dominant market positions. Furthermore, he will explore on how the design of appropriate compliance measures can address these risks.

Thomas Lüthi is founding partner of Pohlmann & Company, the first interdisciplinary law and consulting firm that exclusively focuses on compliance and corporate governance. He served as Independent Compliance Co-Monitor for the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission at a NASDAQ 100 company. Among other mandates, he consulted Audi AG, Bilfinger SE and the Robert Bosch GmbH on issues of general compliance and, more specifically, on the processes of business partner reviews.
