Aus dem DFG-Projekt zu Identity wurden zwei Paper bei der European Group for Organization Studies (Egos) akzeptiert “The crafting of organizational identity: Similarities and differences between the organization and its members as rhetoricians of the past” von Karin Knorr, Franziska Hein-Pensel, Simon Oertel und Kirsten Thommes wurde für die sehr prestigereiche Standing Workinggroup 1 (Organization & Time: Understanding the Past (and Future) in the Present) angenommen. Das Paper “Communication of emotions in craft-based firms – Identity construction between innovation and tradition” von Karin Knorr und Kirsten Thommes wurde für Sub-theme 58: The Future of Analyzing Talk: Linguistic Theories and Methods in Organizing bei Egos angenommen.
