The Innovation and Technology Law team—led by Prof. Dr. Stefan Müller—is seeking to fill a position as a research assistant (f/m/d) at 75% of regular working hours, to begin as soon as possible. This is a training position within the meaning of the German Academic Fixed-Term Contract Act (WissZeitVG), intended to support doctoral studies in the fields of law or economics. The position is temporary for the duration of the doctoral program; depending on the qualifications already attained, it is typically for a period of 3 years. An extension to allow for the completion of the doctoral degree may be possible within the time limits set by the WissZeitVG, if applicable.
