In the upcoming summer semester, Assistant Professor Elisa Casi-Eberhard will offer a new module called "Data Analytics Using R" (5 ECTS). The course offers a unique opportunity to learn the programming language and statistical software R using applied examples from the field of taxation and accounting.
R is a widely used tool in both academia and practice. The skills learned in dealing with R are thus relevant both in the further course of study (e.g., for empirical master's theses) and in corporate practice.
No previous knowledge of R is required. The course is rather an introduction to R. Furthermore, the course is limited to 25 participants. Therefore, if you are interested in participation, early registration is recommended.
