This year's teaching prize of the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics goes to Prof. Dr. Kirsten Thommes for the Bachelor's module Organizational Behavior.
The module, which is characterized by the flipped classroom principle, collaborative exercises, the processing of case studies and guest lectures, offers an in-depth and practical examination of organizational structures, cultures and management strategies.
