The Boston Consulting Group invites outstanding female students of all disciplines to a special entry event for women. On May 12 – 13, female students can get to know the Boston Consulting Group and five of its Purpose Principles at the event, which takes place in Tyrol.
In the interviews after the event, there is then the opportunity to secure an entry-level position at BCG.

On March 10th, 2022, Dr. Henning Giese gives a presentation on „Towards Green Driving the Effect of Tax Incentives on the Registration of Plug-in Hybrids“ at the 83rd VHB Annual Conference.
On February 16th, 2022, Prof. Dr. Christian Hofmann and Prof Dr. Dr. h.c. Caren Sureth-Sloane give a presentation on "Transparenz. Herausforderung für Regulierung, Organisation und Forschung" at the farewell symposium for Prof. Dr. Mark Ebers at the University of Cologne.
Prof. Dr. Caren Sureth-Sloane was admitted as a full member of the North-Rhine-Westphalian Academy of Sciences, Humanities and the Arts (AWK NRW) back in 2013. Since the beginning of this year, Caren Sureth-Sloane has also been represented on the presidium there as deputy secretary of the Class for Engineering and Economic Sciences.

On January 20th, 2022, Henning Giese gives a presentation on "Towards Green Driving - The Effect of Tax Incentives on the Registration of Plug-in Hybrids" at the 5th Vienna Doctoral Consortium at the WU Vienna, Austria.
On December 08th, 2021, Henning Giese successfully defended his dissertation "The Effect of Management Structure and Manager Liability on Tax Avoidance" at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and, thus, successfully completed his Ph.D..
