As part of a joint team event, the professorship recently came together outside of everyday university life. The aim was to promote dialogue within the team and further strengthen cohesion.
The event kicked off with a visit to an escape room, which focussed on teamwork, communication and joint problem-solving. In small groups, the aim was to combine clues and solve puzzles under time pressure. The activity offered a varied opportunity to leave familiar roles behind and to get to know new perspectives within the team.
Afterwards, the team rounded off the evening with a visit to a restaurant together. In a relaxed atmosphere, there was room for personal conversations and an informal exchange beyond research and teaching.
