In the Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestures module, students were recently able to discuss the tax implications of M&A activities with Prof. Dr. Uwe Hohage and Marlene Ihne, both of them work for PwC. The focus of the two events was in particular the influence of tax framework conditions on decision-making processes in the M&A environment. For this purpose, the Hohage/Ihne team brought two examples from their consulting practice into the course as case studies. The Chair of Tax Accounting would like to thanks for the many years of cooperation in teaching.
