Dr. Talea Hellweg successfully defended her dissertation on "Changing work through digitalization - Further training, multitasking and the human digital twin" on 8 November 2023.
Further training is considered a decisive factor for a successful digital transformation. Talea Hellweg empirically investigated how work tasks are changing as a result of digitalization, what further training needs arise from this and which employees actually receive further training. She also discussed the use of human digital twins to reduce training deficits and ways for companies to succeed.
