The paper, titled Does private peers' disclosure affect public firms' information environment?, is co-authored by Bianca Beyer (Aalto University) and Vanessa Flagmeier (University of Passau). It examines how private peers' disclosure creates externalities for the public firms' information environment. It finds that the negative externalities occur primarily when private peers are opaque. Prof. Dr. Kosi was honoured to present the paper at the UQ Business School which is renowned internationally for its research work.
