Mahdi Rahali participated in the Emerging Researchers Consortium in Accounting (ERC), held at Palazzo Zacco in Padua from 22 to 23 June 2026. During the event, he had the opportunity to present his research paper, “COVID-19 Insolvency Moratoria, Firm Selection, and Allocative Efficiency,” to an international academic audience and receive valuable feedback from distinguished scholars.
The Emerging Researchers Consortium is part of the Bolzano–Padova Accounting Summer Camp. It brings together doctoral students and early-career researchers and combines academic masterclasses with presentations and discussions of current research projects in the field of accounting. Participants have the opportunity to discuss their work with internationally renowned scholars and gain valuable insights for the further development of their research.
