Information preparation and processing is a central challenge and is examined within the framework of TRR 266 "Accounting for Transparency". These two topics are of outstanding importance, especially in M&A transactions. Therefore, we are pleased that Dr. Alexander Schmitz from the Boston Consulting Group offered a guest lecture in English entitled “Information Processing in M&A Transactions" as part of the Master's module “Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestures" on November 10, 2022 from 09:00-13:00.
