The 45th Annual Congress of the European Accounting Association was held from 24 to 26 May 2023, in Helsinki-Espoo, Finland. The European Accounting Association (EAA) provides a platform for researchers from around the world to exchange and educate themselves on accounting research and education.
Pia Stoczek presented the paper "Current developments in the European bond market", which was co-authored with Benedikt Franke (Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg) and Urska Kosi. Furthermore, Vanessa Flagmeier (University of Passau) presented the paper "Does private firms' disclosure affect public peers' information environment?", which was written together with Urska Kosi and Bianca Beyer (Aalto University School of Business, Finland). Maryna Gulenko also presented "CSR and political insiders", which was created in collaboration with Vanessa Flagmeier (University of Passau).
It was great to meet with international colleagues again and receive constructive feedback.
