Just published: The 4th edition of the handbook “Verbraucherrecht” (Consumer Law), edited by Tonner, Brönneke, Buchmann, and Rott, offers a compact and systematic overview of German and European consumer law—from dogmatic principles and key types of contracts to practical law enforcement.
In particular, § 8a of the work contains a new edition on current accounts and framework agreements for payment services, written by Prof. Dr. David Bartlitz and Prof. Dr. Jochen Hoffmann (FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg). The new edition thus addresses a central aspect of consumer protection in financial services and clearly integrates it into the overall structure of applicable consumer protection law.
The book is available for purchase in bookshops.
