The conference proceedings edited by Prof Dr Bartlitz and others have recently been published: "Rechtstatsachen im Privatrecht".
In addition to a practical introduction to legal facts research written by Prof. Dr. Bartlitz, the conference proceedings contain all contributions to the 33rd annual conference of the Gesellschaft Junge Zivilrechtswissenschaft e.V., which took place in Nuremberg from 13 to 15 September 2023 under this general theme. The integration of empirical research methods, such as legal factual research in particular, into private law scholarship enables well-founded findings to be obtained that enable evidence-based design and interpretation of legal norms. The combination of theory and empiricism can further develop private law in such a way that it meets the needs of our society. Through the innovative contributions of the authors, the conference proceedings offer an incentive to open up to new ideas in this field.
The book is available for purchase in bookshops and for online reading in the Nomos eLibrary.
