We are pleased to announce that Professor Mirbabaie has published two papers at the twenty-ninth European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS) 2021.
The first paper, "Do you Trust an AI Journalist? A Credibility Analysis of News Content with AI-Authorship", which was written in collaboration with Lennart Hofeditz, Stefan Stieglitz and Jasmin Holstein, investigates whether transparent communication and explanation of AI use in journalism can lead to more credibility.
The second paper, "Social Media Analytics and Corporate Crises - A Case Study of Boeing's 737 Max Crashes," which was written in cooperation with Stefan Stieglitz, Julian Marx and Christopher Czonstke, illustrates the use of social media analytics in crisis management using the representative application example of Boing, a company that has been suffering from a corporate crisis since several crashes.
