As always, the beginning of the year brings a lot of new things and this year we are happy to welcome two new team members:
Hi! I am Rachel and I have been studying IBS at the University of Paderborn since 2020. I decided to enrol in this degree because I love languages and understanding more about cultures in the business context. Currently, I am especially interested in cross-cultural management. I recently joined the Chair of Microeconomics as a student assistant and am now looking forward to the various tasks lying ahead of me and getting to know everyone in the team.
Hello everybody! My name is Nadine, I am 23 years old and currently studying economics in my 3rd semester here at the University of Paderborn. Besides human resource management, I have developed a keen interest in micro theory. Together with Rachel, I will be working as a student assistant at the Chair of Microeconomics and I am looking forward to exciting and diverse tasks.
