Establishing its new Center for Sustainable Economics, the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics is expanding its faculty-wide activities on sustainability – the long-term oriented economic development with a special consideration of social, environmental and cultural phenomena. The Faculty of Business Administration and Economics thus addresses one of the central challenges of this and future generations. In its thematic focus, the Center is congruent with the United Nations' goals for a multifaceted sustainable development, such as specified in the United Nation’s Agenda 2030.
