Ich studiere Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, kann ich auch am ASBE Programm teilnehmen? | Nein, das ASBE-Programm ist leider Masterstudiengängen der Fakultät für Wirtschaftswissenschaften vorenthalten. |
Muss ich einen Sprachkurs belegen? | Ja, die vollständige und erfolgreiche Teilnahme an den bereits terminierten Sprachkursen des LSI in Bochum ist verpflichtend. Kann ich die Lerninhalte auch eigenständig zu Hause erlernen und nur zur Prüfung zum Sprachzentrum nach Bochum kommen? | Nein, dies ist nicht möglich. Die Anwesenheit am Sprachkurs ist verpflichtend. |
Ich habe bereits Sprachkenntnisse in Koreanisch/Japanisch/Chinesisch, muss ich trotzdem an dem Sprachkurs teilnehmen? | Die Sprachkursteilnahme ist auch in diesem Fall verpflichtet; falls bereits Vorkenntnissen in der jeweiligen Zielsprache vorhanden sind, wenden Sie sich bitte an das ASBE-Team. |
Wie wird der Sprachkurs finanziert? | Die Kursteilnahme sowie die Unterkunft am LSI in Bochum wird durch die Fakultät für Wirtschaftswissenschaften finanziert – die Prüfungsgebühren tragen die Teilnehmenden selbst. |
Wie viele ECTS muss ich für das ASBE Programm freihalten? | Insgesamt sind 40 notenrelevante ECTS für die zu absolvierenden Module des ASBE-Programms im Studienverlaufsplan freizuhalten. Diese setzen sich aus vier 10 ETCS-Modulen ASBE I bis IV („Container-Modulen“) zusammen. Mit Blick auf die Anrechnung der Leistungen wird erwartet, dass die Auslandsleistungen im Rahmen der Module ASBE II bis IV – soweit möglich – fachlich zu Ihrem belegten Masterstudiengang passen – dies ist bei der Themenwahl Ihrer Projektarbeit (ASBE II) sowie der Kurswahl an der Zieluniversität (ASBE III und IV) zu berücksichtigen. Es ist zu beachten, dass der Bereich der Methodenmodule nicht als Anrechnungsbereich für Auslandsleistungen zur Verfügung steht. Leider habe ich nur noch 30 notenrelevante ECTS in meinem Studienverlaufsplan offen, kann ich ein ASBE-Modul als Zusatzmodul im Leistungskonto verbuchen? | Nein, diese Variante ist grundsätzlich nicht vorgesehen. Es müssen 40 ECTS im notenrelevanten Bereich freigehalten werden. Hierbei ist zu beachten, dass der Bereich der Methodenmodule nicht als Anrechnungsbereich für Auslandsleistungen zur Verfügung steht (s. o.). |
Gibt es für alle Partneruniversitäten Stipendien? | Die aktuellen stipendiengeföderten Kooperationen finden Sie hier. Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich besondere Situationen wie die Corona-Krise auf die Verfügbarkeit von Stipendien auswirken können. Etwaige Anpassungen der Finanzierung von Stipendien werden durch den Stipendiengeber beschlossen und können durch das ASBE-Team nicht beeinflusst werden. |
Kann ich neben dem ASBE Stipendium andere Stipendien –also ein Zweitstipendium-erhalten? | Die Förderrichtlinien verbieten einige Zweitstipendien. Aber auch in anderen Fällen ist es in der Regel nicht sinnvoll, weitere Stipendien zu beanspruchen, da diese zumeist in voller Höhe angerechnet werden bzw. das ASBE-Stipendium entsprechend gekürzt wird. Die etwaige Inanspruchnahme eines Zweitstipendiums muss uns gegenüber zwingend angezeigt werden. |
Kann ich neben dem ASBE Stipendium eine BAföG-Förderung erhalten? | Ja, das ist möglich. Jedoch wird auch diese in voller Höhe angerechnet bzw. das ASBE-Stipendium entsprechend gekürzt, sodass sich eine zusätzliche Förderung im Allgemeinen nicht empfiehlt und in erster Linie zusätzlichen administrativen Aufwand bedeutet. Die etwaige Inanspruchnahme einer BAföG-Förderung muss uns gegenüber zwingend angezeigt werden (s. o.). |
