Then the International Office Buddy Program is just the thing for you!
As a volunteer Buddy you support exchange students of our partner universities after their arrival in Paderborn. They pick up their "Buddies" from the train station, accompany them to their accommodation and to the authorities and help them with their first orientation in Paderborn. The "compulsory program" concentrates on first aid within the first 1-2 weeks after the arrival of the students (usually at the beginning of March/April or at the beginning of September/October of a year).
In addition, exchange students are of course supported by the International Office and the EUROBIZ student group.

The first welcome meeting for the exchange students will take place on 03.03.2020 at 10:00. Before that there will be an orientation meeting for all the buddies, where you can get more detailed information about what you are supposed to do in terms of the program on 05.02.2020. You will receive an invitation to the meeting after you apply
