From Paderborn main station you can reach the university within a few minutes with the following bus lines:

  • UNI line in the direction of "Uni/Südring" (only during the lecture period)

  • Line 4 in the direction of Dahl (stop "Uni/Südring")

  • Line 9 in the direction of Kaukenberg (stop "Uni/Südring)"

  • Alternatively, you can take line 68 in the direction of Schöne Aussicht to the university (stop "Uni/Schöne Aussicht").

from Hanover:

  • take the A2 in the direction of Dortmund

  • at the Bielefeld junction change to the A33 in the direction of Paderborn / Brilon

  • take the exit "Paderborn Zentrum"

  • at the second exit, drive in the direction of "Universität / Zentrum"

  • the university is signposted from there

from Kassel or Dortmund:

  • drive the A44 towards Dortmund or Kassel

  • at the Wünnenberg-Haaren junction, change to the A33 in the direction of Paderborn

  • take the exit "Paderborn Zentrum"

  • change to the B64 in the direction of Höxter

  • at the second exit, drive in the direction of "Universität / Zentrum"
