New publication on channel design strategies to alleviate vulnerability perceptions in customer journeys

The recent publication of Nancy Wünderlich and her colleagues provides a framework that outlines channel design strategies as means to alleviate vulnerability perceptions during the customer journey.
Nancy Wünderlich worked together with Jens Hogreve, Ilma Nur Chowdhury, Hannes Fleischer, Sahar Mousavi, Julia Rötzmeier-Keuper and Rui Sousa on this publication, which was initiated in 2018 at the “2nd Academic-Practitioner Research with Impact Workshop” at the Alliance Manchester Business School.
