Januar 2016 wurde Frau Prof. Dr. Caren Sureth-Sloane in das Editorial Board der bedeutendsten europäischen Fachzeitschrift im Bereich Accounting, der European Accounting Review (EAR), berufen. Dies ist eine besondere Auszeichnung, da es sich bei der European Accounting Review um die am höchsten gerankte europäische Fachzeitschrift für Forschung rund um das Rechnungswesen, einschließlich steuerlicher Fragestellungen handelt.
