The Colloquium on Personnel Economics provides a forum for presenting research in all areas of personnel economics - theoretical, empirical and experimental. The 15th Colloquium will be held in Paderborn from 15 to 16 March 2012. This year for the first time, the conference languages will be German and English. Paper proposals by researchers from the non-German speaking countries are particularly welcome in order to bring together researchers from across Europe and elsewhere.".
