Modules

Languages are a central component of your study of International Business Studies, with language modules comprising about a third of the bachelor degree and a sixth of the master’s degree overall. Students take English as their first foreign language and either French or Spanish as the second foreign language. For the bachelor programme, you can study French or Spanish from scratch while eight years of school English are a prerequisite for the study of the English component. For the master’s programme, both languages are taught at a very advanced level, starting at C1 for French and Spanish and C2 for English.

Our courses are tailored to the special requirements of IBS students with a focus on language for international business that supports you during your study of IBS, for study abroad, as well as preparing you for the international workplace.
