All study programs of the Faculty for Business Administration and Economics are constructed based on their modules. Each specific study field has associating modules, from which a predetermined number of ECTS must be attained in order to successfully complete the study program. The study program International Economics and Management consists of the following fields of study:
- An additional field for profiling which consists of all modules available from the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics ('General Elective')
These modules are formed based on a combination of sessions. These may include lectures, tutorials, seminars as well as the writing of papers.
The 120 ECTS credits in the study course International Economics and Management can be collected flexibly. They are made up of a combination of mandatory methodological modules (20 ECTS credits), elective modules in economics and management (60 ECTS credits), "general elective" modules (20 ECTS credits) and a master thesis (20 ECTS credits).

W4441 Methods of Economic Analyses (10 ECTS)
W4479 Econometrics (10 ECTS)
- 80 ECTS Elective Modules

The 20 ECTS-credits for the "General-Elective" modules can be freely chosen from the modules of the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics which are available according to the module catalogue. The module catalogue shows the respective modules. Please choose the study program and the academic year.
