TAF Research Seminar, Prof. Jianxin (Donny) Zhao

At the TAF Research Seminar, on June 5, 2018 Prof. Jianxin (Donny) Zhao (Goizueta Business School Emory University, Atlanta) presented his current research. The title of his presentation is:

'The Value of Lending to Bellwether Firms by Institutional Investors'.

Donny Zhao received his PH.D. from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2017. In 2017 he joined the accounting department at the Goizueta Business School (Emory University) as assistant professor. His research interests include debt markets, financial accounting, social networks, corporate governance, voluntary disclosure as well as hedge fund activism. He teaches managerial accounting and financial accounting. His recent research has been published in the Journal of Financial Economics.
